Understanding Escrow

If your loan includes an Escrow Account, we collect funds for property taxes and insurance as part of your monthly payment and pay these expenses on your behalf when they're due. To ensure accuracy, we provide an annual escrow analysis to you, each year.

Should you have any questions, please email escrow@firstfederalbanking.com or call 574-223-1801.
