Online Banking

With Online Banking, you can do all of this from one web page:

  • Review account balances and recent transactions
  • Make quick transfers between accounts*
  • Enjoy Mobile Banking Options on your mobile device
  • Schedule bill payments in just a few minutes*

*Federal regulation restricts the account holder's ability to make no more than six pre-authorized, automatic or telephonic transfers per month from a savings or money market account.

Sign up Today

  • Complete the First Time User Authentication Form. Follow enrollment instructions.
  • Submit the form.
  • Change your Access ID and Password on the next screen after the form is accepted.
  • Submit the Access ID and Password changes to review your account list on the next screen.

You and your computer are recognized as the true owner of your accounts when you use your ID and password. If you use a computer other than your own that we don't recognize, you will be asked for information that only you will know in the form of a challenge question. This will protect your privacy, no matter where you are. After that, you will be ready to begin banking securely online from any computer.

Bill Pay

Discover how easy it is to pay bills online. Bill Pay is a free service. You do have the option to pay a bill overnight for a fee of $14.95. You also have the option to pay a bill that same day for a fee of $9.95.

  • You can pay almost anyone and any bill in a few clicks
  • You can make payments in seconds. It's faster than writing and mailing a check
  • You control everything from one site with one password

Paying bills is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Enter the payee's name
2. Enter the amount
3. Schedule when to send it

You can set up recurring payments, view details for pending or already processed payments, and view payment history.

To get started, log in to your online account, click the Bill Payment link and complete and submit.

eStatements

After you sign up online for eStatements, you will be able to view and print your statements from your online banking site. You will receive notices by email when your eStatement is ready to be viewed.

Mobile Banking
MobileBanking

Mobile Banking enables you to access Online Banking from a mobile device with web browsing capabilities.

What does Mobile Banking Cost?

This service through First Federal Savings Bank is free, but you are required to subscribe to a data plan for your mobile device. Check with your wireless provider for any additional fees.

With Mobile Banking, you can access your accounts just as you do with online banking

  • Transfer funds between your accounts*
  • Pay bills once you have registered for Bill Payment on a personal computer

Getting started

With your mobile device handy, log in to your online banking account through the web site at www.firstfederalbanking.com. Click "Options" at the top, then "Mobile Banking Profile". Click "enroll", and follow the instructions. You will receive text messages to aid you in setting up Mobile Banking on your device.

What options are on the log in page?

  • View a history of your transactions
  • Transfer funds between your accounts immediately, or you can schedule transfers*
  • Pay bills, plus view or edit pending payments on your mobile device. There is a "Contact Us" link and a link that directs you to the First Federal Savings Bank full web site.

Mobile Banking is safe

For your privacy, you must authenticate yourself, using the same information from Online Banking, on each individual mobile device. Communication between your mobile device, wireless provider and the mobile banking server are encrypted. Your passwords, answers to challenge questions and account information are never stored by the mobile device or on the Mobile Banking application.

Text Message Banking

Text Message Banking provides the ability to securely check balances and more anywhere via a simple SMS text.

You can use Text Message Banking even if you don't have Internet access on your mobile phone to check account balances and view transaction history.

You must be enrolled in Online Banking to use Text Message Banking. To enroll, log in to Online Banking, select options, go to Mobile Banking Profile, then click "enroll now".

To use Text Message Banking, text 48179, followed by a keyword:

  • For balances: B, BAL, BALANCE, BALANCES
  • For transaction history: STMT, TRAN, HIST (account nickname)
  • For ATM and branch locations: ATM, BRANCH, BOTH (address)
  • If your ATM and branch location response message ends with "Reply NEXT", text NEXT or MORE to view more locations
  • For help requests: HELP, HLP

Popmoney

Popmoney® is the person-to-person payment system by phone or email. Once you have signed up for Online Bill Pay, you are automatically signed up for Popmoney, which allows you to send and receive money from a mobile device.

To send money, enter a name and an email address or a mobile phone number, plus a dollar amount of $5.00 or more. A standard transaction fee for any dollar amount is 50¢. The overnight transaction fee for any dollar amount is 75¢.
