It’s all about change.
Change can be good. With the recent focus on environmental issues and “green” technology, we have changed to meet those needs by building our new branch office in Mishawaka to meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s requirements for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. At the same time, we introduced a new checking account called Go Green Checking. It reduces the need for paper by requiring email statements instead of paper statements and rewards customers with 20 cents for each purchase made with a debit card instead of a paper check.
While some changes are good, some good things that don’t change can be even better.
Something that hasn’t changed since we started business in 1966 is our loan servicing. Our borrowers benefit from our in-house servicing department, which means we are just a visit or a phone call away from answering their loan servicing needs.
Knowing when to change and when not to change is the key to providing the best quality of service to our customers. That is something we do and that won’t change.
