All of your Bank-By-Phone information is completely confidential since you choose your own access code that only you will know. If you with to speak directly with a Customer Service Representative and you are calling during our regular business hours, simply press "0" and you will be connected immediately with one of our friendly Service Representatives.
Step-By-Step Instructions
Once you have connected with Bank-By-Phone, voice prompts will guide you through your call, step-by-step. The features available are as follows:
- Check account balance
- Verify checks paid on your account since your last statement
- Confirm recent deposits
- Transfer funds between checking, savings and money market accounts*
- Request stop payments
- Certificates of Deposit information - interest earned, current annual percentage yield, and the maturity date
- Access funds from your personal Line of Credit
- Personal and Mortgage Loans - current balance, amount of your next payment and interest paid year-to-date.
*Transfer authorization form must be completed. Please call or stop by any our Branch Offices for a transfer authorization form. (Federal regulation restricts the account holder's ability to make no more than six pre-authorized, automatic, or telephonic transfers per month from a savings or money market account).
